A bit of both.
Some morons use Islam as an excuse to commit heinous crimes, while the innocent people look like murderers.
It's pretty much the same thing for Christianity or any other religion; some people take their religion too far and ruin people's lives.
It's on thing having faith, it's another thing being an evil person.

I know it's just my opinion, but, we all could do without any religion at all.
It has caused nothing but violence.
Ever since ancient times, there's been nothing but war, death and oppression.
We live in the year 2013 and most of those poor people still live like it's 1400.
